Troy Nickel, plant engineer at Salina Surgical Hospital in Salina, KS, knows all about this – he’s the person in charge of the equipment heating and cooling the facility.
Nickel has relied on Kansas Trane Service for more than 10 years now to help him service and maintain the Trane rooftops, chillers, and blower and fan coil units heating and cooling his 30,000 square foot facility. Salina Surgical performs 12 surgical specialties in four operating rooms. In addition, it has two endoscopy treatment rooms, one treatment/triage room and 16 in-patient beds.
