KSU Alumni Center
Bill Cecil oversees the pride and loyalty of the Wildcat nation, which is a pretty big job, and one that the Kansas State Alumni Center building manager takes seriously. A massive limestone structure dedicated in 2002 just south of historic Memorial Stadium and funded completey by more than 1,500 alumni, the Alumni Center is a warm, inviting place where KSU faithful gather for meetings, banquets, conferences, events, and reunions.
The Alumni Center has both Trane equipment and building automation - an IntelliPak rooftop unit and Tracer Summit system. Kansas Trane Service does repair, controls and IT work at the facility. Cecil appreciates Kansas Trane's support of his Tracer Summit system as well as its service technicians.
"I have worked directly with them to control my total energy cost through using state-of-the-art controls and learning my system through the classes they offer at their facility," Cecil says. "I get great customer service from the friendly staff, and the parts department seems to have what I need to me, usually by the next business day, even on some hard-to-find items."
