ABOUT US

The Kansas Trane Company was founded in Wichita in 1951 to serve the commercial HVAC needs of the public throughout much of Kansas. Our territory reaches two-thirds of the state, covering all areas west of Emporia to the Kansas/Colorado state lines.

Since 1990, the company has been under the leadership of District Manager John Knipp. The company has grown from an equipment sales office with a handful of associates to a multi-faceted business now including service, parts, building automation systems and training. Today, Kansas Trane employs more than 35 people whose goal is to meet all your heating and cooling needs.

Our customer base includes hospitals, school districts, colleges and universities, industrial plants, hotels, banks,
manufacturing facilities, government
organizations, military bases, nursing
homes, contractors and more.
